1.Everyday Cleaning

For routine cleaning, follow five simple steps:

Rinse → Spray → Wipe → Rinse → Dry

• Rinse surfaces with warm water.
• Apply a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
• Wipe with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove cleaner residue.
• Dry with a soft towel to help reduce water spots.

Regular light cleaning is preferable to allowing soap residue and mineral buildup to accumulate.

2.Wall System

Your VizaBath waterproof, grout-free wall system is designed for easy maintenance.

For routine cleaning:

• Use mild soap and warm water or a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner approved for the surface.
• Apply with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
• Wipe gently.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Dry as needed.

Because there is no traditional grout, there are no grout lines to scrub or routinely reseal.

3.Shower Pan / Bathtub

To clean your shower pan or bathtub:

• Rinse away loose debris with warm water.
• Apply a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
• Wipe using a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Dry as needed.

Avoid abrasive pads, powders, or tools that could scratch or dull the surface.

4.Glass

Regular care helps reduce water spots and buildup on your glass doors.

After showering:

• Use a squeegee to remove excess water.

For routine cleaning:

• Use a non-abrasive glass cleaner appropriate for the glass.
• Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth.
• Remove cleaner residue.
• Dry the glass for a clearer finish.

Pay additional attention to edges, tracks, and hardware where water or residue may collect.

5.Fixtures

For shower fixtures, valves, shower wands, grab bars, and other finished hardware:

• Use mild soap and warm water.
• Wipe with a soft cloth.
• Rinse away cleaner residue.
• Dry with a soft towel to help reduce spotting.

Always follow any manufacturer-specific care instructions provided with your fixtures.

Avoid aggressive polishing or abrasive cleaning products that could damage the finish.

6.Niche / Flip-Up Seat

Clean niches and flip-up seats using mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.

Pay particular attention to:

• Corners
• Edges
• Hinges
• Mounting hardware
• Areas where soap or water may collect

Rinse thoroughly and avoid allowing standing water to remain unnecessarily.

7.Weekly Routine

Give the entire bath or shower a more thorough cleaning approximately once a week, or as needed based on use and local water conditions.

A simple routine:

Walls → Pan/Tub → Niche → Seat → Fixtures → Glass

Regular cleaning helps prevent soap and mineral buildup from becoming more difficult to remove.

8.Soap & Mineral Buildup

Water conditions vary considerably from home to home. Areas with hard water may require more frequent cleaning.

If soap residue or mineral deposits begin to develop:

• Use a cleaner approved for the affected surface.
• Allow the cleaner to work according to its directions.
• Gently wipe with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Dry the surface.

• Non-abrasive glass cleaner for glass
• Soft microfiber cloths
• Soft, non-abrasive sponges
• Shower squeegee for glass

Always read and follow the cleaner manufacturer's instructions before use.

10.What to Avoid

To help protect your VizaBath surfaces and finishes, avoid:

• Abrasive pads
• Scouring powders
• Steel wool
• Harsh or corrosive cleaners
• Strong bleach-based products unless specifically approved
• Strong ammonia-based products unless specifically approved
• Solvents or aggressive chemicals
• Wax or polishing compounds unless recommended
• Sealers unless specifically recommended
• Sharp tools or objects that could scratch surfaces

When in doubt, don't use the product until you've confirmed it's appropriate for the surface.
