1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting quotes, signing service agreements, or engaging VizaBath (VizaBath LLC) for services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2.Services Provided
VizaBath provides residential bathroom remodeling services, including walk-in shower remodels, bathtub remodels and replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, and fixture and accessory upgrades. All services are subject to a separate written Service Agreement that is provided before any work begins.
3.Quotes & Estimates
Free in-home estimates carry no obligation. All written quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on final measurements, structural conditions, or changes in scope. A signed Service Agreement and deposit are required to schedule installation.
4.Scheduling & Cancellation
Once your agreement is signed and your deposit received, your installation date is scheduled based on availability. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled install date may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit, subject to the terms of your specific Service Agreement. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur rescheduling fees.
5.Payment & Financing
We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. Flexible financing through third-party lenders may be available; financing approval and terms are determined by the lender and are not guaranteed by VizaBath. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee in addition to any bank charges.
6.Warranty
VizaBath offers a limited lifetime warranty on labor and materials for qualifying installations, as described in your Service Agreement. Coverage includes workmanship and material defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage from unapproved or harsh chemical cleaners.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by third parties.
- Acts of nature.
- Modifications made by others.
7.Customer Responsibilities
To help your project go smoothly, you agree to:
- Provide safe access to the work area.
- Remove personal items and valuables from the work area.
- Ensure an adult (18 or older) is present throughout the installation.
- Disclose any known plumbing, structural, or mold issues.
- Follow all post-installation care instructions.
8.Limitation of Liability
VizaBath's total liability for any claim arising from our services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of use or data, pre-existing undisclosed conditions, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
9.Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of VizaBath or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
10.Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which VizaBath is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any legal action shall take place in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Signed Service Agreements retain their original terms unless both parties agree to modifications in writing.
